Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. 

We recommend that you register your account with us to start adding pieces to your cart so we can guide you along the way; but you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.

Where can I find size & fit advice?

Click on ‘Size Chart’ on the product page of the item you like, to view our conversion chart. You can also contact as support@dreamislandclo.com  for personalized assistance.

When will I receive my order?

 The 'ready-to-ship' products  are dispatched within 24 hours from placing an order unless mentioned at the product. Every product has shipping details in the description mentioning how much time will it take us to ship the product. Please read the product description before purchasing. Products have different delivery time (stated on product page). For further enquiries please feel free to contact at suport@dreamislandclo.com for any quarries .

Once our courier partner dispatches the product, delivery time varies depending on your location. Delivery Pan-India is free and takes 1-3 days and international deliveries 4-7 days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched by us.

Some countries levy taxes or customs fees when goods are imported in. These charges will be relayed to you by your country courier officials at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive your package. In these cases, all applicable clearances fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Cancellation of orders is at the sole discretion of DREAM ISLAND  depending on far your order has proceeded. You can contact us 'support@dreamislandclo.com' for any requests and we’ll try our best to accommodate you. Find out more in our refund and shipping policies page on the website.

How will I know my order has been successful?

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

 

An item I purchased is now on sale. Can you adjust the price?

We are unable to adjust the price of items if they have entered a sale. If returned during the sale, the final price given will be the sale price.

 

I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?

We try to respond to any quarries with 24hours but if Due to high volumes of inquiries, it can take our customer service representatives up to 48 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people’s inquiries, please only email once.

How do I wash my  DREAM ISLAND T-Shirt and Hoodie?

We recommend washing all products on a cool wash, and allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

 

What is a pre-ordered item?

Can I purchase an item that is a pre-order?

Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.dreamisladclo.com . These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order. You can cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch.
