Return Policy
We have a 3 days return policy from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from www.dreamislandclo.com.The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dreamislandclo.com and information of your order and we will start the process of an exchange/ refund immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We also provide exchange in case of sizing issues.
A garment once exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and make the refund within 7 working days.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT AS A MEDIUM OF REFUND AT THE MOMENT.
Store credit will be added to your account and can be used for making a purchase in the future.

Items purchased during sale or events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
All items purchased during the BUNKER are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
