Returns & Refunds Policy
At Dream Island, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, alterations, or washing.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined after inspection.
Free Returns
We offer free return pickup across India.
Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no additional cost.
Free Exchanges
Need a different size? We've got you covered.
We offer one free size exchange within 3 days of delivery at no additional cost.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The requested size must be in stock at the time of processing.
Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup and ship the replacement product to you at no additional charge.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be transferred directly to your bank account. Our team will contact you to collect the required bank account details after the return has been approved.
Refund Timeline
- Return pickup is typically arranged within 24–48 hours of approval.
- After the product is received, quality inspection is completed within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and your order number.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Gift cards, if applicable.
