DREAM ISLAND – RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

By using the Dream Island Exchanges Portal or placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you disagree, please refrain from transacting on dreamislandclo.com. Policies may be updated periodically, so please check before each use.
Eligibility & Timelines

• Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges are allowed for:
  
  • Size issues
  • Damaged/defective items
  • Missing parts
• If a size exchange isn’t possible due to stock unavailability, you will receive a gift card for the order value.

Pickup & Processing

• Once accepted, pickups happen within 24–48 hours.
• If pickup fails twice, customers must send the item to our warehouse.
• After quality check, exchanges take 7–10 working days.
• Refunds are in the form of credit notes/gift cards, valid for 6 months and only redeemable on dreamislandclo.com.

Conditions for Returns-

• No visible wear, perfume, stains, or damage
• Must be returned as a complete set (if bought as a set)
• No tampering or alteration unless defective
• We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our conditions

Refunds & Cancellations

• All prepaid orders are final.
• COD orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• No monetary refunds. Refunds are in the form of Dream Island gift cards only.

Product Issues (Post-Purchase)

• For concerns like color bleeding, print cracks, or finishing flaws, notify us within 30 days of purchase.
• Issues reported after 30 days won’t be eligible for return or replacement.
